Dog Sledding

Season: December - March

This trip is about exploring and going through varied terrain in a majestic landscape. The trip will be approx. 4-5 hours long.

Because the trip is quite long and with challenging trails, you need to be in good physical shape. Along the way, we have a short stay to make a fire, have a coffee, and enjoy some snacks.

We work with two different possibilities of participation in this experience, on a one-passenger sledge or on a two-passenger sledge, in which they will be able to change driver a the middle of the trip.

Before starting the experience, you get the chance to help change the harness on the team and also greet the Alaska huskies. An incredible bond arises between the huskies and the people on the sleigh. You will quickly learn to guide and talk to them, and if there is one thing the Huskies love, it is running and getting a hug.

This is a trip where you will experience friendship with animals, beautiful scenery, and fantastic views in the heart of the Lyngen Alps.

LENGTH OF THE ACTIVITY: 4 - 5 hours. (1.5 hours drive both ways)

STARTING TIME: 9.30

AGE RESTRICTION: This tour does not accept passengers under 12 years old.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS: Have good physical shape.
